Who we are

This policy explains how Nerhy AI ("Nerhy", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit nerhy.ai or book a consultation. Questions about this policy can be sent to henry@nerhy.ai.

Information we collect

  • Booking details. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider Cal.com collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add.
  • Messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
  • Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It reports aggregated data and does not use cookies.
  • Advertising measurement. Some campaign landing pages may use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

How we use information

  • To schedule, prepare for, and hold the consultations you book.
  • To reply to your questions and provide services you request.
  • To improve our website and measure how our marketing performs.
  • To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, including Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), and Meta (advertising measurement on pages that use the Meta Pixel). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to work with you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing henry@nerhy.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
